I make these Bliss Balls for every class I run and every week for a healthy snack on the go at home. My whole family loves them! Peppermint seems to be the oil of choice but I love Wild Orange.

Remember, when adding essential oils start with just a few drops as you can always add more if you want more flavour.

doTERRA essential oils pack a flavour PUNCH so a little goes a very long way!

 

Have fun experimenting with different oils and nuts. Cashews and macadamias are great to add but recently I’ve been adding a Tablespoon of Chia seeds or Pumpkin seeds.
